With a background in the U.S. Army as a Ranger-qualified officer and experience in strategy consulting at Deloitte, he brings a disciplined, execution-driven approach to growing the business. At BridgeHaul, Cole has led the company’s evolution into a technology-forward platform focused on fuel, cash flow, and operational efficiency. He oversees product, strategy, and go-to-market efforts, with a hands-on role in shaping everything from customer experience to financial performance.
Jana Demers
VP of Operations
Jana leads factoring and operations at BridgeHaul, ensuring customers receive fast funding, reliable support, and a seamless experience across the platform. With deep expertise in transportation finance and back-office execution, she has built the systems and processes that allow BridgeHaul to scale without sacrificing quality. Jana plays a central role in aligning operations across the business, maintaining the consistency, accountability, and service that customers depend on.

VP of Sales & Strategy
Jacob leads Fuel Programs, Sales, Strategy, and Partnerships at BridgeHaul, where he is responsible for driving growth, expanding market presence, and delivering best-in-class fuel solutions to fleets nationwide. He also oversees all fuel strategy and execution for the Bennett Family of Companies, ensuring alignment and maximum savings for all Bennett employees and drivers. With a background in fuel, business development, and industry partnerships, Jacob plays a key role in shaping BridgeHaul’s go-to-market approach and building scalable programs that maximize savings, efficiency, and performance for customers.
